If you see the following warning when printing a file, it could be that you are printing from the Safari browser.

What Are the Known Issues

The Digify app uses a 3rd party web standards-compliant PDF viewer component. However, we've discovered that there are some potential compatibility issues between the component with the Safari browser, resulting in content distortion or a blank document when printing a file.

While we monitor new updates to the Safari browser which can potentially resolve the issue, we recommend using Google Chrome for the best printing results in the interim.
