When accessing files on Digify, you may be required to verify your identity before you can access a file. To verify your identity, you'll first need to enter your email address.
Then, depending on whether you have an existing account on Digify, one of the following two scenarios will occur.
Scenario 1: If you have an existing account on Digify
You will not need to key in a verification code and no verification code will be sent to your email. Instead, simply sign in to your Digify account to view the file.
If you can't remember your password, click on Forgot password? to reset your password.
Scenario 2: If you don't have an existing account on Digify
A one-time, 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. You'll need to key in this verification code to access the file.
You may have to wait up to 2 minutes to receive the email with the verification code. If you can’t find the email, please try the following:
Check your Spam and Junk folder
Search your email for messages from no-reply@digify.com
If you still can't find an email with a verification code, please ensure that your email can receive our emails by adding no-reply@digify.com to your email address book
If none of the above have worked, click on Resend verification code to get a new one. Note that if you've requested for more than one verification code, only the most recent code will work.
