When accessing files and data rooms on Digify, the file or data room roomer may require you to verify your email address. This is to ensure only authorized persons can access the file or data room.

Upon clicking on the file or data room link, you will be prompted to enter your email address and a one-time, 6-digit verification code that will be sent to this email address.

It may take up to 2 minutes to receive the email with the verification code. If you can’t find the email, please try the following:

  • Check your Spam and Junk folder

  • Search your email for messages from no-reply@digify.com

  • If you still can't find an email with a verification code, please ensure that your email can receive our emails by adding no-reply@digify.com to your email address book

  • If none of the above have worked, click on Resend verification code to get a new one. Note that if you've requested for more than one verification code, only the most recent code will work.
