When accessing files on Digify, you may be required to verify your identity before you can access a file. To verify your identity, you'll first need to enter your email address.
Depending on whether you already have a Digify account, here’s what you will see
Scenario 1: If you have an existing account on Digify
You will be able to sign in using your password.
If you do not have a password set, you will need to either:
Sign in with OTP, or
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Scenario 2: If you don't have an existing account on Digify
A one-time password will be emailed to the address you entered.
You may have to wait up to 2 minutes to receive the email with the verification code. If you can’t find the email, please try the following:
Check your Spam and Junk folder
Search your email for messages from no-reply@digify.com
If you still can't find an email with a verification code, please ensure that your email can receive our emails by adding no-reply@digify.com to your email address book
If none of the above have worked, click on Resend verification code to get a new one. Note that if you've requested for more than one verification code, only the most recent code will work.
