Data room index helps you to organize and locate your files, by laying out the structure of the folders and subfolders in your data room.
Data room owners, co-owners and guests can export the data room index as an Excel file (.xlsx) with the following information:
Index
File name
Description
File size
File link
Date and time when file was uploaded to the data room
Exporting the Data Room Index as a Data Room Owner
If you're a data room owner or co-owner, click on Settings > Export > Export File Index.
Exporting the Data Room Index as a Data Room Guest
If you're a data room guest, click on Files > ... (next to the Search icon) > Export File Index.
