❗ Note: If you've already started a Digify trial, you'll need to remove your trial team first, before you can join another team on Digify. Please refer to this article for a step-by-step guide on how to remove your trial team.

To join an existing team in Digify, please contact the admin of that team to invite you to their team. Then, follow these steps.

Step 1: You should have received an email from an admin of the team you want to join. Open the email and click on the link to join the team.

Step 2: If the email link is still valid, you'll see a screen informing you that you've joined the team successfully. Click on the Continue button.

Step 3: If this is your first time using Digify, you'll be asked to enter your name and set up a new password for your Digify account.

Step 4: Once done, you'll be signed in to Digify as a member of the team.
