Best Practices for Bulk Invitation

When managing your recipient list, we recommend the following to ensure you do not encounter any issues when you perform bulk invites.

  1. Make sure your email addresses are not malformed. The input field only accepts email addresses. Other inputs will be removed automatically.

  2. If you are maintaining your recipient list on a Word document, make sure the email addresses are separated using a comma or split the email addresses into different rows.

  3. If you are maintaining your recipient list on an Excel spreadsheet, make sure each email address is entered into a unique data cell.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@digify.com. To help escalate the investigation process, you will be asked to provide the recipient list.
