Ensure the following before using Bulk Invitation

Please ensure the following to avoid issues when using Bulk Invitation.

  • Make sure your email addresses are not malformed. The input field only accepts email addresses. Other inputs will be removed automatically.

  • If you're maintaining your guest list on a Word document, make sure the email addresses are separated using a comma or divide each email address into a different row.

  • If you're maintaining your guest list on an Excel file, make sure each email address is entered into a unique data cell.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@digify.com. To aid the troubleshooting process, you may be asked to provide the intended guest list.
