As data room owner, you can copy and paste your intended guests' email addresses from a Word or Excel file directly to Bulk Invitation.

Copying from a Word document?
Step 1: Open the Word document. Select and highlight all of the email addresses of your intended guests.
Step 2: If you're on a Windows computer, use the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut to copy the list. If you're on a MacOS computer, use the COMMAND + C keyboard shortcut.
Alternatively, right-click on the highlighted email addresses and select Copy.
Step 4: Return to Digify. Enter the data room.
Step 5: Click on Guests in the top-right corner. Then, click on the Add guest button.
Step 6: You'll be directed to the Add New Guest page. Click on Bulk invitation.
Step 7: In the pop-up that appears, if you're using Windows, use the CTRL + V keyboard shortcut to paste the list of email addresses you copied earlier.
If you're using MacOS, use the COMMAND + V keyboard shortcut to paste the list.
Alternatively, right-click on the empty field and select Paste.
Copying from an Excel file?
Step 1: Open the Excel file. Select the rows and columns with the email addresses of your intended guests.
Step 2: If you're on a Windows computer, use the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut to copy the list. If you're on a MacOS computer, use the COMMAND + C keyboard shortcut.
Step 4: Return to Digify. Enter the data room.
Step 5: Click on Guests in the top-right corner. Then, click on the Add guest button.
Step 6: You'll be directed to the Add New Guest page. Click on Bulk invitation.
Step 7: In the pop-up that appears, if you're using Windows, use the CTRL + V keyboard shortcut to paste the list of email addresses you copied earlier.

Ensure the following before using Bulk Invitation
Please ensure the following to avoid issues when using Bulk Invitation.
Make sure your email addresses are not malformed. The input field only accepts email addresses. Other inputs will be removed automatically.
If you're maintaining your guest list on a Word document, make sure the email addresses are separated using a comma or divide each email address into a different row.
If you're maintaining your guest list on an Excel file, make sure each email address is entered into a unique data cell.
