Every data room has the data room banner feature enabled by default. When enabled, a default banner will be visible to all data room guests.

Here's how the data room banner is positioned:

If your data room was created before data room banner was available, or if you disabled your data room banner and want to enable it now, follow these steps.

Step 1: Enter your data room.

Step 2: Click on Settings in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Under Data Room Settings, scroll down until you see a section titled PREFERENCES. Look for Banner Image and click on the toggle so it's switched on.

Step 4: Click on Replace to upload an image to create your own banner.

Step 5: Select an image from your computer that you want to include in the banner.

Step 6: Create your banner image with the editor tool. You can:

Step 7: Once done, click Save.

Step 1: Enter your data room.

Step 2: Click on Settings in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Under Data Room Settings, scroll down until you see a section titled PREFERENCES. Look for Banner Image and click on the Replace button to upload your own banner.

Step 4: Choose an image from your computer. A pop-up will appear to allow you to crop the banner image to the required dimensions.

As the data room banner spans the width of the web browser, please ensure that your intended banner image is in the following specifications:

Step 5: Click and drag on the cropping frame to create your data room banner image.

Once done, click on the Replace button.

Step 6: Click the Save button to save your changes.
