Each data room, including its files and folders, has its own unique link that can be shared with your data room guests. These direct links are useful to direct someone to a specific file or folder within the data room, or to the data room's About page.

Note: These links can only be accessed by invited guests with the appropriate permissions. Only the data room owner/co-owner can invite guests to the data room.

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on "Manage Data Rooms" in the sidebar. Select the data room you wish to get a link for, then click on "Link".

Step 2: A pop-up will appear with a link to the data room. To copy the link, click on the icon at the end.

Step 1: Enter the data room where your desired file/folder is. You should see a page that looks like this:

Step 2: Click on your desired file/folder. A menu bar should appear with "Link" as one of the options.

Alternatively, you may right-click on the desired file/folder and select "Get File Link" or "Get Folder Link".

Step 3: A pop-up will appear with a link to the file/folder. To copy the link, click on the icon at the end.

Step 1: Enter the data room. Then, click on "About" in the top-right.

Step 2: You should be directed to the data room's About page. Click on "Get page link" in the top-right area.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear with a link to the data room's About page. To copy the link, click on the icon at the end.
