Granular Permissions helps you manage the complex data room permissions for your guests to access your data room files and folders. Setting up permissions for each guest/group can be time consuming, and if permissions become too complex, you may accidentally update guests with the wrong permissions.
By copying granular permissions from another guest or group, you can speed up your workflow. You can copy the existing permission to a new or existing guest or guest group. You can also make minor changes to the permissions after you have copied the permissions.
❗ Note: If permissions are copied from one group or guest to another group or guest, subsequent changes to the permissions of the original group or guest have no effect on the permissions of the new group or guest and vice versa. You must update the permissions for the guests or groups if required.
