If you are the admin of your team on Digify, you can update your payment method any time.

We accept payment via debit card, credit card or PayPal. This includes the following:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

How to update your payment method

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on your name and avatar in the top-right corner. In the dropdown, select Admin Settings.

If your account is on the Legacy Lite Plan and or Legacy Pro Plan (i.e. plans that were activated before 12 June 2019), select Billing in the dropdown menu.

Step 2: You'll be directed to the Admin Settings page. Click on the BILLING section.

Step 3: Under Billing Portal, click on the Launch button.

Step 4: You'll see your current payment method in the Payment Method Information.

Step 5: On Payment Method Information, click Edit.

Step 6: Choose your preferred payment method. If you wish to change your payment method to debit or credit card, select the first option and enter the required information. Once done, click on the Update button.

If you wish to change your payment method to PayPal, select the second option and click Check out with PayPal to launch the PayPal site. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your payment.
