If you are the admin of your Digify account, you can update payment method anytime during your subscription. You may select either payment via debit/credit card or PayPal. For card payment, we accept the following major credit and debit cards:
How To Update Your Payment Method
After logging in, click on your account name on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Click Admin Settings* > On Billing Portal, click Launch.
You will see your current payment method in the Payment Method Information.
2. On Payment Method Information, click Edit.
3. Choose your preferred payment method.
For credit or debit card payment, fill out the necessary details and click Update Payment Method when you’re ready.
For payment in PayPal, click Checkout With PayPal to launch the PayPal site > After logging in, click Agree and Continue.
*Lite Plan and Classic Pro Plan (Pro Plans that were activated before June 12, 2019) will see Billing instead of Admin Settings.
