If you can’t open a file sent to you, you may not have verified your identity successfully to gain access to the file.
To verify your identity, you must enter your email address and the one-time verification code sent to your email.
How to fix the error
Step 1: You should have received an email with a link to the file. Click on the link.
Enter your email address. This must be the same email address with which you received the link to the file. Ensure that there are no spelling mistakes.
Step 2: A one-time verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the field.
If you copied and pasted the verification code, ensure there are no spaces before and after the code.
Step 3: If you see this screen, it means you have an existing account with Digify. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? to reset your password.
