If you’re having trouble opening a file sent to you, here are a few things you can check:
1. Make sure you are using the correct email address
You must enter the same email address that the sender used when sharing the file with you.
Depending on the file’s security settings, you may also be required to:
Sign in with your password, or
Sign in with OTP (a one-time password sent to your email)
Complete whichever step appears on your screen to continue.
2. If you completed the steps above but still cannot access the file
If you have entered the correct email and successfully signed in, but you still cannot view the file:
