If you can’t open a file shared to you, it might be because you were not able to validate your identity successfully to gain access to the file. To validate that you have access to file, you must enter your email address and verification code or password.
To open a file shared to you, make sure your identity is validated:
Correctly enter the email address where you received the notification email. Make sure you did not misspell or type a different email on the field space.
If you’re a first time user, make sure that you entered the right verification code sent to you separately. If you copied and pasted the verification code, ensure there are no spaces before and after the code.
If you’ve already setup a password but you can’t remember it, you can click Forgot password? button to request a new one.
