You will first need to set up the Digify integration in Zapier in order to use these triggers and actions. Refer to this guide.

You may set up your own Zap or use these pre-made Zap templates:

List of Digify triggers

1. New view: Triggers when any of your sent file is viewed

  • If permission is set to “Restrict”, the Zap will be triggered when each recipient opens the file for the first time.

  • If permission is set to “Public” and Request email is set to “no”, the Zap will be triggered when the first recipient open the file

  • If permission is set to “Public” and Request email is set to “yes”, the Zap will be triggered every time when the file is opened

2. New download: Triggers when any of your sent file is downloaded

  • Only the first download by each recipient will be triggered.

3. New print: Triggers when your sent file is printed

  • Only the first download by each recipient will be triggered.

List of Digify actions

1. Send a file: Create a new file and generate the link of the file.

  • You will be able to customize the following settings: Access, Download Permission, Watermark, Screen Shield and Expiry

2. Add a recipient: Invite a recipient to a specific sent file

  • You will be prompted to choose a specific Digify file which you want to add recipients to and the source of the email address.

3. Delete a file: Delete a sent file and revoke all access to the file

  • You will be prompted to specify which corresponding file you want to be deleted.

Note: These triggers and actions only apply to all documents sent under the Document Security tool. Triggers and actions that apply to Data Rooms are in development.
