When customizing a Dynamic Watermark, you can choose how the watermark will be positioned on the file.

This watermark will appear when your recipient or data room guest is viewing your file on Digify, and when your recipient or data room guest downloads the file for certain file types.

❗ Note: If you want to require data room guests to download your files with watermarks every time, you must set your data room guests' permissions to "Download (PDF)". This way, every time a guest downloads a file, it will be downloaded as a PDF with your customized Dynamic Watermark. This currently applies to Microsoft Office files, text files, images and PDFs.
