If you're on a Business plan or considering signing up for one, here's what you need to know about the difference between these two features: Advanced Branding and White-Label URL.

What's Advanced Branding?

With Advanced Branding, you can set your sign-in screens and email notifications sent out from Digify to have your corporate branding instead.

This means your data room guests and file recipients will see your custom logo, background and brand colors when they click on your data room link and are required to sign in to Digify.

To illustrate, here are some sample screenshots.

Sign-in screen without Advanced Branding:

When a recipient or guest signs in to Digify to view your sent file or data room, they will see the default grey background and Digify logo.

Sign-in screen with Advanced Branding:

With Advanced Branding, you can replace the default grey background and the Digify logo with your desired background, corporate logo and brand colors.

Email notifications without Advanced Branding:

When a recipient or guest receives an email notification for your sent file or data room, they will see the default email template with the Digify logo.

With Advanced Branding, you can replace the default email template colors and Digify logo with your corporate logo and brand colors.


What's White-Label URL?

White-Label URL enables you to change all Digify links with your own custom domain, for enhanced corporate branding. This includes sent files, data rooms and login pages.

For example, instead of sending your client or prospective customer this link to your data room:

You'll be able to send them this link instead, to guide them to the same data room:
