How to resolve this error

USE_SUS

The file or data room owner's Digify account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use.

-

SUB_EXP

The file or data room owner's Digify subscription or trial has ended.

Please contact the file or data room owner to upgrade their plan.

CRE_EXC

The file owner has exceeded their Document Security credits quota for the month.

Please contact the file or data room owner to add more credits to their plan.

VID_EXC

The file or data room owner has exceeded their media bandwidth quota for the month.

Please contact the file or data room owner to add more media bandwidth to their plan.

QUO_EXC

The data room owner has exceeded their data room guest quota.

Please contact the data room owner to add more data room guest quota to their plan.

ITM_RVK

The owner has unshared the file or data room.

If you believe this was a mistake, please contact the file or data room owner.

ITM_DEL

The owner has deleted the file or data room.

ITM_EXP

Your access to the file or data room has expired.

LNK_EXP

Your access to the file has expired.

LOAD_ERR

The file was unable to load. This is most commonly due to corporate firewall network issues.

ACC_INV

The file link is invalid.

The file owner may have shared the wrong link to the file (i.e. file owner's link instead of recipient's link). Please contact the file owner to share the correct link.

Recipient limit reached

The file owner has set a copy limit for the file and the copy has been exceeded.

Please contact the file owner to update the file settings of the file or remove the existing recipients.
